HMF Replete – Human MicroFlora (HMF) probiotic strains are research-driven and clinically proven in randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human trials at 25 billion CFU. Proprietary non-pathogenic human-sourced microflora bacterial strains are utilized as they have strong epithelial adherence and a naturally high tolerance to stomach acid.
HMF Replete contains two strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis along with fructooligosaccharides in high concentrations to ensure rapid establishment and dominance of probiotic cultures in the gastrointestinal tract, especially during and following antibiotic therapy and chemotherapy. Supplementation of Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria will crowd out unwanted bacteria by repopulating the gastrointestinal tract. Lactobacillus salivarius, which triggers an anti-inflammatory response, has been demonstrated to be beneficial in inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis. Major imbalances in friendly bacteria may result in severe abdominal discomfort, extreme fatigue and yeast infections. HMF Replete is an intensive probiotic replacement formula. It helps to recolonize the intestinal walls compromised during and following the use of antibiotics, chemotherapy and radiation.
