For returns, please send unopened items along with a copy of your invoice to the address listed below. Returns may only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Pure Prescriptions is happy to offer a free shipping option at check out on select items shipping within the Continental United States. Free Standard Shipping is normally shipped usingUSPS First Class Mail. Normal transit time for this service is 3-7 business days. Some items may be sent via FedEx Ground depending upon weight. Normal transit times for Ground services in the Continental US are 1-7 business days depending upon destination zip code. This service includes P.O. boxes and APO/FPO destinations.
This service choice moves your order to the top of our shipping queue for immediate, same day shipping if placed by 1:30 pm PST, Monday through Friday, US orders only. Shipping service may be USPS Priority Mail or FedEx ground depending upon weight and destination zip code. Some restrictions may apply; same day shipping may not occur if items are out of stock. Items that require special handling such as cold-pack items are only shipped out Monday through Wednesday.
This option is available in the US only, not including Alaska or Hawaii with delivery Monday through Friday only.
This service option offers next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas; and by 8 p.m. to residences. Orders must be placed Monday through Thursday by 1:30 pm PST for this service. For Saturday delivery needs, please contact customer service for direct assistance.
This service arrives by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences). Order must be placed on Wednesday by 1:30 pm PST for Friday delivery, for orders placed Thursday and Friday, delivery dates fall into the next week.

Hassle Free Return Policy / Terms & Conditions
Dietary Supplement Products: Any unopened, new products only, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping back of any products for refunds or exchanges. Any orders over 30 days, must meet approval by our customer service, or your order(s) will be returned to you unprocessed. If approved, returns past 30-days will incur a 10% restocking fee. Refused orders will be less $5.95 shipping and handling.
Auto-Ship Return Policy
Customers may cancel their Auto-Ship shipments before their specified ship date. Orders that are shipped must be returned before refunds or exchanges can occur. Refused Auto-Ship orders will be deducted the $5.95 from the credited amount.

Data security is of enormous importance to us, and we take vital steps to safeguard your customers’ information.
Our environment utilizes Braintree payments (a PayPal owned company) which meets the highest industry standards and guidelines to keep your personal information and credit card data safe.
Data encryption via the Braintree Vault
Cardholder data is managed in the Braintree Vault, using multiple encryption keys with split knowledge and dual control. A data thief would not be able to make use of information stolen from a database without also having the key. This data store cannot be connected to via the internet.
Authentication and session management
Braintree requires us to authenticate every time our admins log into the Control Panel. Passwords are never stored directly in the database, and all API and Control Panel communication between merchants and Braintree is conducted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
Activity monitoring and testing
Braintee reviews and observe employee, customer, and vendor activity to guard against suspicious or unauthorized activities. We conduct automated vulnerability scans at least quarterly, and at least once a year we have extended penetration testing conducted by outside sources.
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. You can expect an e-mail receipt from us immediately after your order is placed.
Your order receipt will have important information should you need to refer back to it with links to the My Account section of our site where you can track your order, edit auto-delivery, view past orders and more.
