What Are Omega-3s?
Omega-3s are a family of polyunsaturated fats. The two that matter most are EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). They're "essential" — your body can't make them. They must come from cold-water fish, algae, or supplements.
