Epigallocatechin gallate, the most powerful catechin, makes up a minimum of 70% of the content. Numerous studies have reported that EGCG provides optimal cellular function and antioxidant protection. Multiple recent studies have suggested that this polyphenolic compound supports prostate, colon, lung, and bladder health.
