Like most people, I too struggle with food choices. I know, what a first world problem to have and it sounds outright idiotic to admit that as many in our world go without. Maybe I just need to re-phrase that statement: Like most people, I struggle to make GOOD For You Food Choices… But, let’s face it, fast food and poor food choices in general are leading developed counties such as the U.S. to a nation of very overweight folks, causing us to be sick-both mentally and physically.

When I was growing up I learned malnutrition as a function of not having enough food to eat. That definition obviously still holds, however, malnutrition in the day and age of genetically modified processed and prepackaged foods yielding little to no nutritive value seems to also be an accurate definition. Pretty sad really. Food, it seems, now carries more risk than reward. Wiring our brains with little hits of dopamine pleasure creating a vicious cycle…

I don’t need to tell you how bad it is – Just look around. I’m not here to tell you about how crappy things are and how healthcare costs are skyrocketing as a result- I’m assuming you know that much already and frankly, I’d rather just pass along some good information that you can start using today!

Here’s My Friend Mark. He’s Got That Good Information You Can Start Using Today.
