Suggested Use: Adults: Take one tablet, if symptoms persist, take two or three tablets during the day. Children: Divide tablet in half and follow adult directions. Preventatively: One tablet every two weeks from the beginning of autumn to the end of winter. Acute: One tablet under the tongue.
