INTERACTIONS
5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) supplementation is not recommended concurrently with methotrexate cancer therapy. Green tea has been shown to inhibit the absorption and metabolism of iron. This product is contraindicated in patients with a history of a myocardial infarction. L-arginine might have a hypotensive effect and should be used with caution in individuals with low blood pressure.
