SuperSaver Cancellation Terms & Conditions You can cancel SuperSaver at any time, just as long as it's before your specified ship date without any re-stocking or processing fees. Just login to My Account to cancel online or call our Customer Service department at 760.603.0528. SuperSaver orders must be cancelled before the ship date. SuperSaver orders that are processed and/or shipped and sent back to Pure Prescriptions will be assessed a mandatory 15% re-stocking fee and $5.95 shipping charges.
